With my apprenticeship as a toolmaker in 1983, I laid the foundation for my career in industry, which I later continued with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nIn the following years, I held various leadership roles with international technology leaders ranging from operational responsibilities in production to global sales leadership and international management positions with full profit and loss responsibility.\nWhat has particularly shaped my professional path are phases of change, transformation and international expansion.
